How does the widget get installed?
We install it for you. Just give us temporary access to your website and we handle everything. Works on WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and any custom site.
Can it actually book appointments?
Yes — patients can request appointments directly through the chat. Their requests appear in your dashboard where your team reviews and confirms them. No phone calls needed.
What if I need to update my services?
Log into your dashboard and update them anytime. Changes apply immediately — the AI picks them up in real time.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
We can act as a Business Associate under HIPAA. A BAA is available on request at hipaa@usedentaflow.com. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. We export all your data and delete it within 30 days. The activation fee is non-refundable as the work is done upfront.
